Thin Lizzy Guitars Scott Gorham on the Legacy

I was always a huge fan of Thin Lizzy, so was really interested to read this article.

Scott talks about his wake up call to the fact that the memory of the incredible front man, Phil Lynott, was fading and how he really didn’t want that to happen.

He also talks about the connection from Thin Lizzy right the way through to his latest album with his band Black Star Riding.

Folks, you want to read this one, trust me, and if it reminds you of or introduces you to the phenomenal music of Thin Lizzy and the great playing of Scott Gorham – so much the better.

Legendary Country Artist, Randy Travis and his Great Deed

I was really touched to see an article just after Christmas.

It would seem a Texas Police Officer out of Gainesville, Texas, had suffered a house fire in which he and his family lost everything.

Everything included his prized Gibson acoustic guitar.

On hearing this, Randy gave this gentleman a new guitar for Christmas – hey, what a terrific thing to do, don’t you think?

See the news report here.

All the best and keep on rockin’
